Creators & Collaborations

We work with a small number of creators each year. If Elegance Hotel Rhodes or Elegance Studios Wien fits your audience, send us your proposal. For the right projects we offer complimentary accommodation in exchange for content.

What we offer

• Complimentary accommodation for an agreed number of nights, at Elegance Hotel Rhodes or Elegance Studios Wien.
• Dates agreed with the hotel, depending on availability.
• One contact person at the hotel who helps you plan your stay.

What we look for

• Travel, design, food, wellness or city-break content with a real, engaged audience.
• Good photos and video that show the place as it is.
• A clear plan: which platforms, how many posts, reels, stories or videos, and when they go live.
• Clear disclosure of the collaboration, as the platforms and the law require.

Good to know

• Elegance Hotel Rhodes is adults only (18+). Children cannot stay there or appear in content made there.
• We agree dates and deliverables in writing before your stay.
• We ask to reuse the content on our own website and social channels, always with credit to you.
• We read every proposal. If it fits, we contact you to plan the next steps.
