Booking Terms & Cancellation

Your rate, your terms

Each rate has its own payment and cancellation terms. You see them before you book and again in your confirmation email. Those terms are the ones that apply to your booking.

If you booked through a travel website or agency (for example Booking.com or Expedia), their terms apply and changes or cancellations go through them.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a direct booking, write to the hotel and quote your booking number.

Elegance Hotel Rhodes

• Check-in from 14:30, check-out by 11:00.
• Adults only: all guests must be 18 or older.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Greece charges a climate resilience fee per room per night. It is not included in the room rate and is paid at the hotel.
• The outdoor pools are open from 1 April to 15 November.

Elegance Studios Wien

• Check-in 14:00–20:00, check-out by 11:00.
• The front desk is staffed at limited hours and rooms open with an access code. Please tell us your arrival time before you travel.
• Dogs are welcome. Please tell us when you book and ask about charges.
• Children are welcome. Cots for children aged 0–2 are free.
• Vienna’s tourist tax (Ortstaxe) applies.
